Delivery Forms

Shipments within the Spanish territory are made by local post Correos.

By the time we serve all Spanish territory and Andorra.

Shipping Costs

The transportation cost corresponds to the official rates of post office.

Delivery is free for orders over 80 €.


Delivery times are between 2-5 days in the Spanish Peninsula since the payment confirmation.

In the event that for reasons beyond the company is not possible to complete the shipment, we will refund the full order amount by bank transfer. In any case, always try to give the best service and the shortest possible delivery times.

Warranty and Returns

Our refund is within 7 working days of statutory period of withdrawal. 

Items returned incomplete, damaged, tampered, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted.

When will I get paid back?

At the time we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, you will get a refund via the same payment system used, minus the shipping charges of the goods within 48 hours.

Who pays the transport costs for the return?

If the return is attributable to our company, transport costs will be on our account and you will be compensated with a voucher of 20% for the inconvenience caused, valid for any future purchase in our online shop. 

If instead it is you who finds that after receiving the order is not what you wanted, through no fault of ours, you will bear the costs of delivery, transportation to  your destination and return.

What if the product arreived broken or beaten?

Our transport insurance is responsible for any damage caused during transportation, but it's imporant to notice in time.

It is essential to check the packaging at the time of delivery, indicating in the delivery note any deficiencies detected: "good hit" or "broken goods" or even rejecting the goods, so it can be replaced urgently.

In the event there is no discernable exterior damage, you have 24 hours to open the package and check that the goods are in perfect condition.
